This man was the father of SharkBoy and lived with his son in a marine research laboratory. He worked as a marine biologist with dozens of sharks. While he researched great white sharks, his son grew attached to them and fed them sushi-like treats. The boy also named them as if they were pets. His affection for the sharks was so evident that his father gave him the nickname of "SharkBoy."
When a mysteriously powerful storm destroyed the research base, SharkBoy and his father were separated at sea. The father was assumed to have perished in the storm, but in 2005, Max revealed that SharkBoy's father survived. He's in a submarine in the depths of the ocean searching for his missing son.
